"The plan is to stay alive," Nikita answers, both perfectly serious and somehow glib at the same time. She's not making light of the situation, but Jason and Alex need her confident and cocky, not shaken to her core with overheard threats to bring her in to Division.
She smiles, even winks, when she glances back over her shoulder at Jason with a follow me curl of two fingers. "And if not, we take as many of them off the gameboard as possible and die trying." It sounds a lot more likely than it is, but even terrified, Nikita's never been one to accept that the odds are against her.
