Settled, with her foot braced against the trunk, Sarah's able to reach down, offer the woman a hand up. She'd say the odds are slightly in favor of the woman not accepting it, but it's available if she chooses to surprise Sarah.
The dinosaurs are working themselves into a feeding frenzy below, snapping and swiping at each other as much as at the one that paid the price for trying to attack the woman. If they're lucky, the creatures will eat their fill, then wander off. But there's nothing to do now, but wait and hope that happens.
